Trivia App

I built this website back in March 2021 using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As one of my earliest projects, it holds a special place in my journey as a developer, and I’m proud of how it turned out. The website features an interactive quiz game designed to test general knowledge across a variety of topics. The game offers users the flexibility to select their preferred categories at the start, tailoring the questions to their interests. Players begin with three lives and must answer questions correctly to stay in the game. For every correct answer, they progress closer to earning an additional life as a reward for their achievements. However, incorrect answers come with consequences—losing a life for each mistake. When all lives are lost, the game ends. This project was not only a fun and educational experience to create but also a valuable opportunity to develop my foundational web development skills and experiment with interactive gameplay mechanics.
